Cambodia is ranked much lower than most other countries in the region on all dimensions. The overall legal and institutional environment remains quite weak, which is highlighted by the low scores in key areas, including effective limits on government powers (ranking 65th out of 66); regulatory enforcement; access to civil justice; and absence of corruption, where the country ranks last in the world. Property rights are very weak (ranking 66th), and police abuses remain a significant problem. On the positive side, Cambodia displays lower crime rates than most countries in the lower-middle income group.

Mr Sam Rainsy, Why don't you sue PM Hun Sen as you promise to us Cambodian people and your true supporters?

May be you can’t be Prime Minister of Cambodia because of unfair election as 5-6 million Vietnamese votes for Hun Sen and Hun Sen add up his cheating skill in every election but you can be a great Khmer Hero by suing PM Hun Sen about the facts that he has done to Cambodia and Cambodian people so far.
If you Can’t be Prime Miniter due unfair election all the times but Mr Sam Rainsy, you can gives a great stain to PM Hun Sen and CPP Vietnam slave about their crimes against Cambodian people since 1970 until today.

of course, cambodia still have a lot more works to be done; however, everybody has gotten to start somewhere, somehow, really! cambodia is no exception to the rule all the time, you know! we need and want diversity in economy, in gov't, in investment, in development, etc, etc... wake up people, cambodia changed with time, ok! get educated already, ok! i hate backward people who do not want any development in cambodia! thank god, they are a minority, though! more power to development of all sorts in my country cambodia. god bless cambodia.
