the important thing is not to lose the focus. life is a journey! along the way, you will always hit road bumps, obstacles, etc, etc, but the thing is not to lose focus and strife and continue to struggle until you get there eventually. it think this is god's way because i believe everything in life have a purpose and god intended it to be that way for us to make that journey in life so we can learn, etc! i think it is ok to be different while maintaining similarity as well, you know! i think khmer people have more similarity than differences, however, it is ok to be different and to agree to disagree as we compromise through life, really! we have to know that having diversity is beautiful and it's god's way because everything on earth is so diverse. i think in to maintain and keep what we have already as cambodia, we have to implement the rule of law, the good way, the right thing to do. please continue to instill this very concept in all khmer people so we all can understand it better, you know! it is ok to be have different ways of doing the same thing, really! it's called being smart and clever about it all, ok!
when you have a rule that says my way or the highway, then it is too hard, especially in the public services career like leadership, etc... maybe it works better in private matter, definitely not in public services, you cannot have this kind of strict, inflexible rule like that in public services. so, leave it private to yourself!
