The Ven Phirum said
"Happiness for doing good deed, Unhappiness for doing bad deed" is true, but aren't we here on earth to pay our debts?
Buddha Gautama did hurt many lives in family especially his own wife and his new born son. Did Buddha consider his action a good deed or bad deed?

The three greatest religion leaders
were human beings:Buddha,Jesus Christ,and Mohammed.They were not
Gods.They were not perfect men.
They tried to train themselves to
be perfect.
Who created Gods?
Men and women did.
After people made mistakes,they
made the laws.Laws did not come
first,but mistakes came first.
There are few billion people did
not believe any religions.
But they know right and wrong;
they respect the rules of good
laws of their countries.

Were those three religion founders
good?Yes,they were.
There are 600,000,000 believing
in Buddha.
The Christians have 2 and half
billion people.
The Muslims have 1 and half billion.

Then Brahma(non religion founder)
has one billion believers.

There are 7 billion people in the
world.

The Buddha said,"good deed gets good deed, but evil deed gets evil deed.

If you cannot find who created the living things from the beginning, you are not in the position or have the authority to speak LIES.
No Scientists on this planet dare to make further comments in reference to DNA and/or how the humans were formed.

You Cambodians are too ignorance in everything. Look at yourself, your people, and your tiny miserable country. None of your miserable people can defend your tiny country, and why do you pretend to know about the world superpower nations who believe in Christ.

As far as I know, Ven.MahaPhirum has received the title from his pali study in Thailand. He is one of many khmer buddhist monks who is very skilful in Pali and English in Thailand. He is a product of Thai Sangha Education. he is not a product from 7 Makara Sangha education. so his idea is very different from 7 makara monks. I fully support Ven.Mahaphirum role in helping improve the knowledge of buddhism and society.
Thanks a lot for his useful article reflecting on the buddhism and society. it is a new innovation from khmer monks abroad such as Ven.MAHAPHIRUM.
I hope to see his more articles about buddhism and society.

Ven.MahaPhirum may know a lot about Buddhism but he is too ignorance about non-Buddhism. Cambodia has no religion of its own, but she adopted it from foreigner.
Since Cambodian King, King jayavaraman VII adopted foreign religion such as Buddhism from India after Hinduism, his people have practiced both or too many as I have observed: neak Ta through cursing, putting a spell on others, etc.,
Knowing is not enough, but practicing is.

What I said that the Cambodians should not criticize other beliefs when they are ignorant people.
