Samdech decho is smart enough to know both Chhon and Namhong are now beyond the expiry date! No instability, nor loss of political capital/asset would ever occur if these two were replaced by new and younger ministers. Send them to retirement or ECCC! LOL.

Hor Namhong is coward.
Hor Namhong took many peoples to courts including Norodom Sihanouk and Sam Rainsy, but when the U.N.-backed Khmer Rouge Tribunal Court summoned him on October 7, 2009, he refuse. What a looser?
Hor Namhong is the MOST coward of all the Khmer Rouges.
According to the Cambodian law, Cambodia honor court order from foreign country.
Since Sam Rainsy won a court battle with comrade Yaem (Hor Namhong) at the supreme court in France, Cambodia MUST respect the court order from the supreme court in France. And this make Hor Namhong a prison chief of Boeung Trabek prison B32 still.
