PM Hun SEn is suffering from mental illness called " Biopar Disorder ". He feel sand think he is God who can die and who can live. He thinks he was super khmer hero whoes recarnation as in his speech last years infront military.
PM Hun Sen also suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder that one of his mental illness along with bipolar disoder.
Hun Xen though he was reincarnated from Sdach Kan,same year of Dragon and full moon.
When he realized that Sdech Kan was beheaded at the end of his life after 10 yrs of ruling.
Hun Xen had pulled out his money for the feature film " Sdech Kan " and also stopped to funding for the 2nd Edition of the Book " Sdech Kan " by
Dr Ros Chantraboth.
He addicted on the drug that keep him alive to see his last day.
