Come on folks ! Give Richer, Sithea San et al the benefits. Without them, who would come up with Cambodia Town? We all should be proud. I agree, Cambodia Town financial books must be transparent to the public.

Your right where is the TRANSPARENCY? They creative something good for themselves. Did you not know that many of the Khmer there didn't even want Cambodia Town? That`s right most didn't want it. They knew who were behind it.
Khmer Guardian, any proofs to verify your information? You are a reall of Vietnamese agent who tried to paint Khmer and separate Khmer since you wrote without any proffs.
I don't care other but the case regarding to Mr. Sourn Serey Ratha, I knew him very since 1997, and still working with him and for his political campaign in Cambodia. If you don't know him, and never walk with him to work hard in country you don't paint him in wrong because of your jealous.
I observed that the post in KI which regarding to Mr. Sourn Serey Ratha, the person who I know and working for, mostly is jealous him and fake information to confuse the public.
If you are real Khmer you have to learn how to proof every thing before you publish to public. Don't make destroy Khmer because of your jealous or work on behind to benefit Vietnamese by producing of roumur.

FYI - The idea to create Cambodia Town was not Richer and his gang. It was started by the UCC interm director (Chinese-American). Richer stole his idea and it their. A crook will always be a crook.
Richer and his gang are working for the CPP Party and not the community.
Thank you Khmer Guardian for bring out this important information. Now, we know that Richer San and his friends are communist leeches in the community.
We should all unite and kick them out of our community!!!

Moreover, if Khmer Guardian is Youn agent why do they exposed Hun Sen and his CPP spies - and show a hate for Youn? No one is stupid enough to hate oneself! Read and think man before you open your mouth.
