It is not justice that Cambodia belongs to the temple has to withdraw its military from its proper as well as Thai, the aggressor. Thai wins, Khmer lost.
When the verdict (UN) had called you to pull out, there are no condition to negotiate. I don't know this stupid Oxford educated Thai PM understand this!
i think what the court is doing is paving the way for cambodia to develop our preah vihear temple area without siem thugs' interference. i think once the court ruled, siem thugs has no choice but to take order, whether they want to or not because it is the right thing to do by law. it also will pave a way for a more permanent solution to the going on conflict. we will have to live by the rule of law, that's what it boils down to in the look of thing. forget the human emotion, it is the rule of law that matters in the long run of things. the court is working to help settle the issue once and all by looking into the existing law. the law is law and even the law spelled it all out in 1907, it's still the law and hasn't changed since, especially regards to the border demarcation, etc, you know. get used to it, ok!

It is clear "Prasat Preah Vihear" belongs to Cambodia under the protection of the UNESCO.
