Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Song and Dance Festival to open

(VOV) - The Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided to organise the Song and Dance Festival of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia in Quang Tri province in July.
The ministry authorized the Performing Arts Department (PAD) to work with the Quang Tri Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the International Cooperation Department and the Vietnam Musicians’ Association to host the event.
The ministry also asked the PAD to be responsible for developing prorgammes and training performance troupes at the festival.
The festival will provide a good chance for art troupes from the three countries to meet and exchange experience, contributing to strengthening the ties of friendship between the three countries.

How could the Viet call them (Cambodia & Lao)are friendship, when these Viet are robbing, stealing from these two countries none stop.
UdSSR was destroyed because the formaer Russia did not fair with the others countries in its forderation (most of Russian were boss of them) and destroyed culture and the race of its existences. From it will be not happed against.
But is the blind Khmer leaders today make forderation with the Viet (as boss for Loas, Xambodia). Asking back where is the Viet land during 14th century?
The Vietcong government can't impose their will power on Cambodia and Laos! Cambodia and Laos have every right to interpret and transform how their country should be! Don't force Cambodia and Laos to see the world through the eyes of the Vietcong government!

If any Vietcong wants to see Khmer dance they should come to Cambodia, I am disgusted that Khmer dancers had to travel outside of their own country to show the evils of Cambodia.
