Vietnam always attaches importance to developing solidarity and friendship with the Government, people and the Royal Army of Cambodia, said a Vietnamese military official.
Deputy Defence Minister, Lieu. Gen. Do Ba Ty, who is also Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, made this statement at a July 11 reception for General Kham Chia Sa-khuon, Deputy Infantry Commander-in-Chief in the Cambodian Royal Army, who is on a working visit to Vietnam.
Vietnam also remembers the valuable support of the Cambodian Government, army and people during the past war, as well as at present, Ty said.
Between 2005 and now, through the signing of a protocol on annual cooperation between the two defence ministries, the cooperation in national defence has shown effective outcomes in numerous areas, contributing to elevating the friendship between the two nations and armies to a new height, he noted.
The Cambodian General briefed his host on outcomes of his working session with the Department of Operation under the Vietnam People’s Army, saying the visit offered a chance for the Department of Operation under the Cambodian Royal Army to learn and exchange experience with Vietnamese military units in term of training, fighting and border work.

With help from the stooges CPP leaders and henchmen plus the royals and royalists Vietnam has achieved it's ambition to swallow came. It's Minh dynasty told the people to swallow the silkworm slowly. This was also exacerbated by Ho Chi Minh in 1930 who created Indochine communist party. He created CPK communist party of Kampuchea with Tou Samouth as secretary. The CPK was related to CPP. After Tou samouth disappeared Pol Pot replace secretary position of CPK. That is why all CPP are former Khmer Rouges. They came from the same root. But they splitted becoz of again by Vietnam. When Pol Pot liberated Cambodia he betrayed the CPK Vietnam made. The Vietnam became angry and found Hun Sen to replace Pol Pot.
Now Hun Hen and chea sim and samrin are stooge samdach och. They are pretending to royalists but are there to destroy Cambodia monarch in the end when the Vietnam have completely rule Cambodia . These will happen after all the stooges are old and died
