Have you ever consider moving back to Cambodia to teach less fortunate children?? I think now that you are retired, and deposied with a wealth of knowledge you can have great impact on young minds for years to come.
I think investing your time writing articles in your golden years in KI-Media is somewhat of a waste of time. I would challenge you to invest your time and energy in where the need is greatest, and that is educating undeserving children.

We wouldn't mind having Dr. Peang-Meth religiously writing a column for us, but this is not the case. As we indicated in the post, Dr. Peang-Meth wrote his article for the Pacific Daily News in Guam. We are only reproducing his article on KI-Media.

Oops, I totally forgot that you guys, for the most part, are cut and paste newscaster.
Having admit that oversight my challenge still stands to Dr. Peang-Meath that his time and energy would have greater impact inside Cambodia among the less fortunate children than offering opion from the comfortable Guam location. Also, I have a feeling that Dr. Peang-Meath is a regular reader of KI-Media so I hope he reads my challenge.

The challenge would be interesting and fair if you could guarantee that no harm would come to the doctor in Cambodia. Thus the challenge now is: would you give that guarantee, seriously?

I think Dr.Peang-Meath's time and energy would have greater impact OUTSIDE Cambodia since he can have free and independent view of the situation. A corrupted few would try their best to influence him if he were to be insider Cambodia. That would hurt instead of help.

it is you again! Where are you now? In the US or in Cambodia? If you are in Cambodia, how well do you servive with Mr. Hun's regime. If you don't kiss Mr. Sen's behind, I don't think you servive well! Why don't you continue to do what you are do well, and allow Dr. Peang-Meth to do of what he can do well. Let him have a peaceful time with his family. Unless, you never have a family than you wouldn't understand!!
This is to Kuoy Pichet, under Hun's regime, nobody can guarantee the safty of Dr. Peang-Meth for being in Cambodia. Don't you dare to get him back to Cambodia!
If one just want him to teach the young Khmer, don't you know that now a day, Dr. Peang-Meth can teach from Grum and Khmer children still can learn from Dr. Peang-Meth. Anyway, Dr. Kol Peng, the president of one of the well known University in Cambodia, he could work something out if he wants. Dr. Peang-Meth no needs to be physically present in Cambodia!
Use your brain well my Khmer friends, unless you have a hidden agenda for Dr. Peang-Meth in Cambodia than come out and say so!

From what I have read Dr. Peang-Meth articles so far, I haven't seen him cursed Mr. Hun Sen. He is always address Mr. Prime Minister well. Althought he had called Mr. Hun Sen to step down! But never cursed him! So make sure that you make your statement correctly!
Pertaining to Mr. Ly Diep, that is a different matter. He Doesn't event get a long with most Khmer in Long Beach leave a lone Mr. Hun Sen.

Stay where you are and don't jump the gun by mediocre and unprofessional KI news staff by encourage you to go back to the impunity governance like Cambodia. Being on the sideline and provide outputs of intelligent to your fellow Khmer on the net better than get you kill by CCP. The viet-installed in phnom penh don't like the educated and wide man like you to stir the conflict in its circle of lawless governance.
For those who challenge Dr. Peang-Meth to go back and work in Cambodia, would you come along and be his assistants? Why not? Practise what you preach!
Now, don't tell me that you have nothing to offer as help because I will be so disappointed since you left Cambodia long ago and should have learnt at least one thing good that you can bring back to Cambodia to share with our young kids.

5:28AM i don't think your question sounds honest from your heart. Let me assure you that there are plenty of Khmer with generous heart and geat knowlege like Dr. Peang Meth who are readily to help Cambodia if Cambodia truely needs their help. But from what i see and learn that this regime will not need those capable khmer as long as Hun Sen still in power.
Remember there are several PighD in Cambodia more then in Thailand. You can see them almost every corner in Cambodia. In Hun Sen's house alone, you can find at least 4 pighDs.

If your life is medioce...let your life be medioce be with you, your, and yourself! Dr. peang-Meth, he is indeed living his life in his own personal confort for that he knows that he is still beable to contribute to Khmer well being through his knowledge. His dedication of sharing his knowledge through his writing is more than anybody Khmers could ask of him for the time being!
BTW are you the one that Mr. talk too much at Sunway hotel because that you could speak English!! If you are the one...continue to butter Mr. Sen, you will be OK with your security! I can reassure of this! Actually I can give you one of Mr. Hun's body guard to take care of you!

Dr. Gaffar's young brother, Dr. Gafour went back to help Cambodia, those Khmers and Yuon killed him. We prefer Dr. Gaffar stay where he is. His articles help us to understand further about the crazy politics in Cambodia. By the way Dr. Gaffar has never cursed anyone, he is truly a professional person.
And don't put him with a group of low class like ly Diep. Ly Diep cursed everybody but he would not be killed if he should decide to go to Cambodia. His Viet Congs will protect him.
