I think the authority should punish those who have been freely stealing neighborhood dogs for sales to be trucked to Vietnam like this. I lost my lovely dog in Phnom 7 months ago. I am so so mad to see such a thing. The authority must not allow this to happen... Dogs are so lovely animals... They are actually better than the CPP people and crown leadership traitor.
