There is a Khmer saying that goes, if you don't help row the boat, at least don't stall it by dragging your feet.
I feel that destructive comments speaks volume about the people making them - they themselves know their own lack of worth, so they cannot appreciate seeing others succeed.
Speak if you have something constructive to add, otherwise it serves you best to remain silent.
Congrats to another bright and hardworking young Khmer. People like him is what Cambodia needs: for he adds, and not take away, to the strengthen of Khmer unity and development.
For those cynics: stop paint people who you don't know with your dirty brush of cynicism, as not all people are like you!

KI media don't blame the readers. You yourselves seem to fit that bill also.Your "destructive" comments are not any better.So don't play that hypocrite game.
thank you. i think people who used too much vulgar language is problematic and have low to zero self-esteem. they like to call other people names because it makes them feel good about themselves. people like that, in reality, are losers and undignified. they are anti-social and depressed perhaps; they need to seek therapeutic treatment with their doctors. and they are abusive and walking mad all the time, and they certainly are jealous of successful people, etc... i usually ignored those kind of people and want nothing to do with them, not even strike a conversation with them. they are not my type, really!

Who care for what of other people think if you succeed or not, it is your action to make it happen. If some one can makes you to become for who you are other than your parents, then you are nothing but A LOSER!

Some dickhead Cambodians think they are smart and superior to other Cambodians in Cambodia societies but if they are really smart and superior people why don't Cambodia is a better place like developed countries such as New Zealand that has only approximately 3-4 millions people. Why does Cambodia still poor and bag for other countries aid and money? Is that the act of Proud Angkor watt that most Cambodians talk about ? Why does Cambodia still under Vietnam policies ?
If Cambodians are smart and superior why don't they liberate their Cambodia and Khmer nation from just Vietnam invasion? What's about Khmer Krom and Khmer Surin ?
If "Cambodia still invated by Vietnam or Thailand" that is very clearly meanning Cambodians are stupid and dump people. Don't you think! ...otherwise proof differencely. KI-Media is created by extreme anti-goverment groups aimed soley insulting to Cambodian government, but what the funny is Ki members have make a self-proclaimed that KI is a neutral news which they want Khmer people to wake up and read it. In fact, KI media behaves like a cult website and its supporters always cheer up with it. In this World, we cannot see democracy and freedom of expression from extreme people, no doubt about that. They are care only their freedom of expression, but they have never thought and will never think about other people's right of expression. In recent time, Ki-media used to crying out when they heard that Cambodian government blocked this website, even though, the government has never had any policy to block any website inside the country. But KI-media is often removed the comments from the government supporters.

I have seen first hand the kind of language the corrupt and the those who think they are better than others in cambodia speak. they are worse than the language you see here on this blog.
the only time i saw those corrupt people cringe was when I used the same foul language on them as they use on those they oppress.

The readers of KI have gone through this matter before and there were many good suggestions back then to alleviate the vulgarities in the forum.
Without the moderator controlling this internet venom, these KI discussions will always contains slurs and insults that serve no other purpose than to encourage more of the same.
There's a hopeful sign, however, that our conscientious readers are begun to ignore those unbearable noises simply by passing them without responding.
