why people always blame or accuse khmer gov't for everything going on in cambodia's society? it like they always blame the parents for the children's bad behavior! don't they understand that people are individual first, then association. it sounded to me like the so-called blaming penchance is a cultural customs and probably has nothing with khmer gov't itself, you know! people should learn to accept different cultural practices and leave it at that, really! that'a what make our planet and species unique because of diversity. we all just have to learn to accept that and get used to it, you know!
