The Cambodian Center for Human Rights ( CCHR) submitted the letter to H E. Sor Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of interior to intervene on September 15, 2011. The letter was sent after Kampung Thom authorities prevented two training courses that were organized by CCHR and Natural Resource Protection Group (NRPG) on August 9, 2011 and September 7, 2011.
