chattamok should become the manhattan of cambodia, really! it's a good locate to build lots of skyscrapers here because the view is a million dollar view from everywhere; it's like having a prime location on the beach property, you know! location location, ok! this is a prime real estate location in phnom penh. it has a great potential in the future of phnom penh to come, you know! build more skyscrapers in cambodia, ok! cambodia likes the river location with plenty of water, etc, ok! make sure to re-enforce the riverbanks with concretes, though or the river will flood its bank if you don't build nice and elevated levee all along the river all around phnom penh city, you know! god bless phnom penh.

Change the Phnom Penh government as soon as possible, and cancel any contracts,leases that infringe on Cambodia's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
cambodia is a land of water everywhere, you know! cambodia only experience drought in some area due to lack of technology to transport the water for many usage all over cambodia. i hope the new cambodia will improve water technology so all of cambodia can benefit from the abundant natural resources like water, etc, ok! god bless cambodia.
water is the lifeline of cambodia and khmer people since ancient time!
