Synopsis: CPP MP Cheam Yeap rejected the statement issued by Surya Subedi, the UN Special Raporteur on Human Rights in Cambodia, who indicated that leadership in Cambodia is conducted through orders rather than through the rule of law. Cheam Yeap said that everybody is Cambodia is under the law, starting from the king and that Cambodia has never suppressed freedom rights on its people.

what aggrivated me mosts is that Chheam denied all any acts of CPP, the ruling party. He is blind to see just like his boss, Hun Sen. He refused in such that CPP,
1- give away everything to Vietnamese if ordered,

3- Allow Vietnamese entering the Cambodia.

We seem to concentrate too much on ONE individual and make him more powerful and important than he really is.
Remember the dictatorship in Cambodia from Sihanouk's era to Lon Nol's to Pol Pot's and now Hun Sen's remains the same. These people have the army and security forces generals on their sides who command the armed forces which are made up of men without much education and so they are absolute and willing instruments to carry out the orders of the strongman.
These strong men can only be removed by their current generals when things start falling apart among them as history has shown.
The new replacement may not be better either so Cambodia and Cambodians are stuck with no easy way out of this quagmire.
The only true change will come only when the population of Cambodia gets smarter and become more educated through learning and that can only happen with time and assumption that new generation of Cambodians are better educated than the current ones.
Will that be too late by then? Nobody knows!
I hate to say it. I doubt Cambodians have the gut and desire to even demand as a unified group for what they deserve! They are too indifferent and too divided on the issues facing them and their country.

The Vietnamese influence and desire to take over Cambodia by whatever mean is a known fact everyone is already aware of, but it is also something that we cannot change since it is a desire of a country and a people we have no control of.
We can only work among Khmers to defend Cambodian interests and to be united to destroy all of the enemy's ambition and their actions against us.
