PhD without humility is really a PhD belong to the Hun Sen's clant! They want 101 title in front of their name so that people respect them. But when people don't respect them, they make the people, through fear, to respect them! Does this kinds of respect worth anything?
As we knew that all of educatiion system in university around the world they really want to build up their higt profile Human being.And they really no need students from the thief families.

The people that you are mention, I think that they had a good intention at the begaining, but as they get older and more difficult to find job abroad, they become just to think what is better forthemselves and family. This is just a human nature according the Maslow's Theory...people can go back to just maintain their basic need rather than fame and being good!
