It is like saying that your husband can not teach your kid what's right and what's wrong; except you. And vice-versa.
We need to bring the content to the audience. The most audience for our Khmer people is at the temple. The temple is the center of our Khmer society inside and abroad. Everything happen in and at the temple, so it make perfect sense to screen any important information to the public for the benefit of the public. The temple need to help develop and grow the people more instead of expanding the physical building of the temple. Strong people mentally = strong community = strong country.
