United Nations Convention Against Corruption
(UNCAC)
In accordance with article 68 (1) of resolution 58/4, the United Nations Convention against Corruption entered into force on 14 December 2005. A Conference of the States Parties is established to review implementation and facilitate activities required by the Convention.

Chapter III Criminalization and law enforcement
Each State Party shall consider adopting such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as a criminal offence, when committed intentionally, the abuse of functions or position, that is, the performance of or failure to perform an act, in violation of laws, by a public official in the discharge of his or her functions, for the purpose of obtaining an undue advantage for himself or herself or for another person or entity.

Rubbish talk when a law man himself is corrupted. Wake up Khmer people the government doesn't care about you or the country. These are the thing that they did so far Prey Lang, Phnom Bokor, Kos Pos, Kos Pich, Beng Kok, Land concessions, Angkor Wat all are sold for 99 years to foreigners. Even the Kos Kong river are being destroy right now at this moment by Ly Yong Pat company. The government cannot do shit all. Making a few million dollars by destroying the country. I am so sick of this government.
