URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT
We are seeking the relatives of a deceased man, Mr. Run Vorn. He is about 50-year old and passed away on 28 August 2011 at St. Mary Hospital, Long Beach, Southern California. No relatives came to claim his remain and no identification was found on his body.

This is a bad way to go. So sad, no relatives know he's passed away.....how come?
no id? how do they know his name is run vorn?
