if khmer surin keep on practice khmer language, then they will speak better and better. it takes practice, you know!
use every method to learn our khmer language whether listening to khmer songs, watch khmer language tv, listen to khmer language radio, watch khmer video, etc, etc... you will eventually pick up fluent khmer if you keep wanting to learn. it's really up to the individual person to want to learn khmer language. god bless our beautiful khmer language all over the world.

You write on mate but khmers in Phnom penh wanted only listen to youn kailoeung and go to youn massage places some times work as youn servant ,you should give these kinds of advices to khmers every where around the globe.
