cambodia ought to be a country of canals! i hope khmer people see the importance of building more canals as cambodia is a watery country over 3/4 of it, you know! i also think one of the key to prosperity in cambodia's economy is the ability to control the precious and abundant resources like water, you know! angkor civilization did it, must we forgot so soon already? wake up cambodia, be innovative with everything in our country, ok! god bless all.
