Miss Teray Seng speaks different Khmer language as our children in Cambodia.
She speak Khmer with all grammatical basic, she learned from the school in the US.
Nothing wrong with her Khmer language and it is easy for us as oversea Khmer to listen her conversation.
We have some problem to understand of some conversation of the Khmer TV anchors. We feel some of them did not practice to peak our Khmer language well on the front of microphone or TV. They missed the good Khmer programmatic.
Teray Seng's Khmer is understandable, a lot better then most Phnom Penh people. Often very rude and talks like Hun Sen, AH nis, Ah Noos with no sense of respect.

It looks like she doesn't want case number 2 to go forward. If she want this case to go forward she would wait untill this case finish first then she can bring up the case number 3.
Majority of Cambodian want to see case number 2 to go forward !!!
Khmer oversea Voice of America and movie dubbed spoke clearly than in Cambodia.
Khmer Rouge cases are wasted money and time nothing will resolve current Khmer people suffering, starvation, dying, brutal forced evictions, and loss of land by the Vietnamese expansion.

Ms. Seng speak very good and easy to understand Khmer.
Unlike, Phnom Penh folks, they speak a weird language.
It sound deluted and not easily understand. Who would of thought that one day you would face a language barrier in your birth place.
Nevertheless, I think the true Khmer language is spoken by the folks from Battambong.
The footage is kind of short which end up without conclusion.

Why do you blame Seng Theary about KR tribunal? Are you stupid or Are you Hun Sen's agent? Who is to blame for KR Tribunal? To me it's Hun Sen who is obstruct justice. Hun Sen doesn't want this trial to finish because he and Sihanouk will end up in the same hot seat and will be imprisoned as well. They're all guilty to take part of Khmer genocide. The donor and UN are to blame that take too long for the verdict. They waste a lot of money. When the KR killed people, did the victims have the right to appear in court like all of the devil people: Ieng Sary, Khiev Samphan, etc...?
To me Just kill them all without trial.
