Phnom Penh, 18 Nov. 2011: A group of victims of the Khmer Rouge regime will gather on Monday, November 21 on the riverfront across from the FCC for games of darts from the Poetic Justice War Criminals Collection beginning from 5 P.M.
They invite the public to join them in their poetic justice dart games.
Each player will be given 5 darts to make as many points as possible from a point system of 1 to 7, and the options of choosing among dartboards with images of:

- Richard Nixon
- Nuon Chea
- Henry Kissinger
- Khieu Samphan
- Ieng Sary
- Ieng Thirith
- Meas Muth
- Im Chaem
- Ta An
In the near future, the dartboard options will expand to images of Ta Tith, Ta Mok—and once a public image is found—Sou Met.

I was born right after Khmer Rouge regime, I read and I learned about the problems in Cambodia. Why do you think this woman was just a little girl back then, therefore, she has to be stupid when she is old?
Almost everyone start to recognize her Yuon's game already.

Ho Chi Minh was the mastermind of the Indochina Communist Party who created CPP known in the
old name as United Issarak Fornt and Khmer People's Revolutionary Party led both led by Son Ngoc
Minh or better known as Achar Mean who left Cambodia after Geneva Paris Peace Agreement in 1954
to Hanoi and lived there till 1972 and left Hanoi to China for medical treatment and died at Chinese

2. Nixon and Kiss Singer for B 52 boming in Cambodia between 1969-1973 which cost about 1 million
Cambodian lives , starvation and atrocity.

The Communist Party of Kampuchea or Khmer Rouge 1975-1979.
The Communist Party of Kampuchea was founded and led by Tou Samouth and Nuon Chea and Pol Pot in 1960 ( not in 1951 , in 1951 The Indochinese Communist Party led by Ho Chi Minh founded Khmer People’s Revolutionary Party ( in 1951 ) , this is the old name of CPP during the First Indochina War.
The original name of Communist Party of Kampuchea was Kampuchea Workers’s Party in 1960 and change to Communist Party of Kampuchea in 1966 to be independent off the Indochinese Communist Party led by late Ho Chi Minh and tried to remain friends with Hanoi if Hanoi or Indochinese Communist Party like Viet Minh , later on Viet Cong respect Cambodian sovereignty .
The Communist Party of Kampuchea did not created by the Indochinese Communist Party as many Cambodian and Westerners or even Egnlish wikipedia website written or understand but CPP was created by the Indochinese Communist Party in 1951 under the name of Khmer People’s Revolutionary Party.
But half of the Communist Party of Kampuchea or Khmer Rouge soldiers and senior military commanders between 1975-1979 were Khmer Viet Minh like Heng Samrin, Chea Sim , So Phim , Rous Ngim and Keo Meas and many more…. . were fomer Khmer Viet Minh who were under military command of Viet Minh soldiers who fought against French colony in Cambodia in First Indochina War ( 1946-1954 )after Geneva Peace Accord in 1954 some of this Khmer Viet Minh went to Hanoi with their commanders Achar Mean or also known as Son Ngoc Minh among those who went to Hanoi were Pen Sovann , Chansi , Chea Sot and those who stayed in Cambodia like Kea Meas , So Phim , Rous Ngim, Ya ( Nisaran ) and many more became Khmer Rouge or the Communist Party of Kampuchea in 1960 under the foundation of Tou Samouth, Nuon Chea and Pol Pot and their first and secret name was Kampuchea worker's Party and changed to the Communist Party of Kampuchea in 1966 still kept secret from the Worker’s Party of Vietnam ( the Worker’s Party of Vietnam was a new name of the Indochinese Communist Party ) of Ho Chi Minh.
The old name of CPP party during First Indochina War 1946-1954 was Khmer Issarak United Front and later changed to Khmer People’s Revolutionary Party both of this Party led by Achar Mean ( Son Ngoc Minh )so CPP was created by the Indochina Communist Party led by late Ho Chi Minh in 1930.
In 1951 the Indochinese Communist Party was changed to the Workder's Party of Vietnam ,in Cambodia the United Issarak Font or so many names such as Samakhum Khmer Issarak , Khmer Issarak Font but the most often used was Khmer Issarak led by Son Ngoc Minh was changed to Khmer People's Revolutionary Party in 1951 ( and Laos to Lao People's Revolutionary Party in the same year in 1951.
The Khmer People's Revolutionary Party was the old name of CPP in 1951.
The Communist Party of Kampuchea did not created by the Indochinese Communist Party as many Cambodian and the West understand but half of the Communist Party of Kampuchea or better known as Khmer Rouge between 1975-1979 half solders and seniors commanders of Khmer Rouge or the Communist Party of Kampuchea were Khmer Viet Minh like Heng Samrin, Chea Sim, So Phim , Rous Ngim , Keo Meas and many more.
But CPP create by the Indochinese Communist Party and their old names during First Indochina War 1946-1954 when yuon Viet Minh and khmer Issarak Viet Minh fought against French colony in Cambodia were United Issark Font or Khmer Issarak for short led by Son Ngoc Minh and Khmer People’s Revolutionary Party and the last one known as CPP.
Note: United Issarak Font,Samakhum Khmer Issarak , Khmer Issarak Font the most known and most used was Khmer Issarak ( led by Son Ngoc Min or Achar Mean but Son Ngoc Minh was under Nguyen Thach Son who was the most senior military commander of both yuon Viet Minh and Khmer Viet Minh in Cambodia during First Indochina War when fighting against French colony in Cambodia.
ECCC is design to charge Gonocide , crimes against humanity and war crimes between 1975-1979 only.
But other Gonocides , crimes against humanity and war crimes also committed by :
1. Nixon, Kissinger.
2. Ho Chi Minh.
3. China.
4. Former Soviet Union.
1. Nixon and Kissinger must held accountable for B 52 bombing in Cambodia between 1969-1973 which caused about a million Cambodian lives, mass atrocities and startvation.
2. Vietnam war the North fought the South , US supported the South China and former Soviet Union supported the North and that Vietnam war spreaded into Cambodia .
So Ho Chi Minh, Nixon and Kissinger and former Soviet Union all must be charged with Genocides, crimes against humanity and war crimes in Cambodia.
So this is Hanoi,China-US ECCC in Cambodia.
ECCC can twist or turn real Khmer history around or upside down to many younger Khmer generation but not everyone.
