Well, like it or not Mr. Michiel Pestman made a remarkable and profound opening statement in response to the opening statement by the prosecutor.
Without any doubt he is totally right in his concern to have a fair trial for his client!
It is a court with an international name, but Cambodian standard!
The UN and the major powerful countries are to be blamed for their failure and inability to defeat a once peasant boy turned corrupt prime minister of Cambodia!

first of all i would like to appologize to ki-media for using the site to let people know Khmer Sovannaphumi- known as Pang Sokheoun, n his mistress Sokunthear Som have been reported to FBI agent n FB's adminstration for stealing n posting someone pic in their wall without the owner consent to defame them..further more they both wrongly accused that same person of created his Pang Sokheoun id, they both have been cursed, n will be brought to justice..i have been in contact with Cambodian Goverment to make sure both of them will not be able to enter cambodia without arrest for their cyber crime....i hope to see their dirty bastard asses soon in court..

Nobody cares about your encounter with whoever Pang Sokhouen is and neither do you have any rights to limit any Cambodian citizens' travels into their motherland - that task has been self-proclaimed and assigned to Soy Sopheap and Chum Kosal by Dejo already, have you forgot that?
back to the article at hand, thank god someone finally stood up to the Hun Sen, Heng Samrin, and Chea Sim neo-Khmer Rough clique that still hold powers and interferes with the court to make themselves above the law.
It is too bad, that such a statement probably were only written and not expressed verbally and translated live for the Cambodian audience and Hun Sen to hear that.

I support whoever reveal the truth about the ambitions of Ho Chi Minh in swallowing smaller countries like Cambodia and Lao.
So as a Khmer I strongly oppose Indochina Federation so like it or not I support Nuon Chea and Khieu Samphan revealing Hanoi ambition to put Lao and Cambodia under their annex as they already did to Lao.

This ECCC is Hanoi-US ECCC ( including China and former Soviet Union ) who all involved with the genocide , war crimes and crimes against Cambodian humanity during Vietnam war which later on spreaded into Cambodia and kept going as we recall US B 52 carpet bombing 200 days 200 nights caused nearlyy million cambodian lives, mass atrocity and mass startvation.
