I am not 11:01pm, but I want to share what I saw and heard about.
First I never believe Theary Seng for saying she didn't know about the corruption under CPP. She was one of them when she worked with them. Just look at her life style living traveling around the world, bar, drinking and smoking cigar at Cambodiana, etc.. Where those money she got from if it weren't from corruption.
It is OK whatever she does to make money, but this trial has become the reality that it was not intended to serve justice but it's a cold war between US v. China.
The US work with Yuon because Yuon control Hun Sen and Yuon have a mighty army, and Yuon use the fight between the superpower nations to expand their land as they did before.
The real criminals were Yuon Communists. Others such as Chinese, US, Soviet contributed to that too. Why the UN ignored everything such as Khmer Krom in Thailand, the UN did not even care? Because today the US need Yuon to be by its side to fight China, and the US is the UN's boss.
Theary Seng was an unemployed in the US and she loves a high class life style, she is a good candidate for Yuon to choose her like they chose Kem Sokha to split votes from Rainsy.
This TRIAL was not about Justice but about China fights with US and about Yuon are expanding their territory, and cause Khmer society to continue fight with each others without end.
