Yes, it's a double trick. This trick is to keep those Khmer rouge of the prison until they die. Do not forget thst Those Khmer rouge are youn spies.

No theary seng's playing no game. All she wanted is real justice for her dead parents, not "half justice". Zip your mouth shut if you don't know what's going on in this matter. It behooves her to stand up to the KR trial court that's not independent. For khmer people to accept this trial to be fair and just, there must be independent judges. But, as others and theary seng have observed, the ECCC has not been independent whatsoever. She's a true voice for Khmer Rouge victims. Though the likelyhood that the ECCC can provide 100% justice to the victims is unlikely, the court must be neutral and not be influenced by the current Cambodian government. So theary seng has every right not only criticize the court but also to withdraw her case.
The caused of the killing field or yuon racial crimes against Khmer people is yuons planed and sihanouk involved
yuons and sihanouk are the first degree criminals to be judged and help for the genocide against Khmer
Saying that yuons are not involving in the killing against Khmer is a CRIME. Genocide is a yuon ancestral culture, an instinct, a juicy business for yuons, some kind of human butcher industry, a well planed ancestral mass graves crimes and not only against Khmer people alone. Those who say that yuons didn’t involve in the killing of Khmer are liars and another murderers. Sound as if some liars and murderers, blind supporters of yuon crime against humanity, are so cocksure of their own stupidity and evilness
the main issue at hand is, "why hun sen and his government interfering with the court proceeding?"
if hun sen and his government had in fact, interfered with the court, what will be the legal action against this government?
