Alas Seng Theary! you don't understand at all about right and law.
For Chum Mey, Bou Meng and thousands survivors, they clearly know that only find justice throught the court of law can end cycle of violence.

This is almost certain she is a dumb ass doing something to divert the public attention from the real problem: Vietnamization of Cambodia.
