Initial Observations re
The S-T-U-P-I-D reasons why the SCM rejected Judge Laurent Kasper-Ansermet
1. Why is the Council of Ministers' mouthpiece PQRU (Press Quick and Reaction Unit--can you get any more Stalinist than this name?!!) also the mouthpiece of the independent (sic!) Supreme Council of Magistracy?
2. Why is there no signed/stamped decision by all the SCM members of the January 13 meeting?
3. Dare to read this (nicely accompanied with English translation, or is it the other way around?) with a straight face! Blah, blah, ethics, blah, blah, Twitter, blah, blah, judicial ethics (oxymoron!), blah, blah, blah!
4. Heavy reference to Code of Ethics of national judiciary and SCM -- Hey, Kingdom of Extraordinary Wonder (Kew-kew!), if you're so sovereign and independent, start with the basic step of paying one riel toward the salaries of the ECCC Khmer staff. The USD 150,000,000 since 2006 have come solely from the international community even though the ECCC Agreement says it is the responsibility of the Kew-kew! to pay the salaries of the ECCC Khmer staff.

It's about time to use force and put all these Ex Khmer Rouges Leaders into court.Over $150 millions and over the period of seven years to find justice for over 2 millions lives .It"s a shame and speechless .UN can not made Cambodian do if they don't want to do it.Should knew it by now,use force.Any one interfered put them in trial.CAMBODIAN COUNTRY OF WONDER JUST EARN ED ONE OF THE LONGEST TRIAL IN THE WORLD.IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.IT'S SHOULD BE OVER ALREADY AND SAVE A LOT OF MONEY TOO.CAMBODIAN GOVERNMENT KNEW HOW TO BUY TIME AND MONEY.
Un justice court should no be continue!!!!! better live without justice than a faked ONE!!!
