សម្តេចឪនរោត្តម សីហនុ បានសរសេរនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជសាររបស់ព្រះអង្គមួយដើម្បីផ្តាំផ្ញើអោយគេរៀបចំព្រះរាជពិធីបូជាព្រះសពរបស់ព្រះអង្គក្រោយពេលព្រះអង្គសោយទិវង្គត។ នេះជាព្រះរាជសារដ៏កម្រមួយក្នុងរយៈពេលប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយនេះ បន្ទាប់ពីព្រះអង្គបានប្រកាសថា ព្រះអង្គមានវ័យជរាហើយមិនអាចសរសេរព្រះរាជសារឆ្លងឆ្លើយជាមួយអ្នកដែលសរសេរថ្វាយព្រះអង្គឡើយ។
សេចក្តីរាយការណ៍របស់ លាង ដឺលុច ពីទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ
ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រសម្តេចឪនរោត្តម សីហនុបានធ្វើព្រះរាជសារមួយផ្តាំផ្ញើអោយមានការរៀបចំព្រះរាជពិធីបូជាព្រះសពរបស់ព្រះអង្គ ក្រោយពេលដែលព្រះអង្គសោយទិវង្គត។ ព្រះរាជបណ្តាំនេះត្រូវបានព្រះអង្គសរសេរជាភាសាបារាំង ហើយព្រះរាជខុទ្ទកាល័យរបស់ព្រះអង្គផ្ញើមកអ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន។
ព្រះរាជសារមាន៣ចំណុចដែលព្រះអង្គមានព្រះរាជសំណេរខ្លីៗ។ ទីមួយគឺព្រះអង្គបញ្ជាក់លុបចោលព្រះរាជបណ្តាំមុនៗដែលព្រះអង្គធ្លាប់មានព្រះរាជបន្ទូលថា មិនអោយគេបូជាព្រះសពរបស់ព្រះអង្គ។
ទី២ បើយោងតាមព្រះរាជសំណេររបស់ព្រះអង្គ នៅពេលដែលព្រះអង្គសោយទិវង្គត ព្រះអង្គផ្តាំអោយមានការរៀបចំពិធីបូជាព្រះសពរបស់ព្រះអង្គនៅលើវាលមេរុទៅតាមប្រពៃណីសាសនាខ្មែរ។
ទី៣ មួយថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ពីពិធីបូជាព្រះសព សម្តេចឪនរោត្តម សីហនុបានមានព្រះរាជបន្ទូលអោយដឹងថា អដ្ឋិធាតុរបស់ព្រះអង្គនឹងត្រូវលាងសម្អាតហើយដាក់នៅក្នុងកោដ្ឋមួយ ជាកោដ្ឋធ្វើអំពីមាសក៏បាន ឬកោដ្ឋធម្មតាក៏បាន។
កោដ្ឋនោះត្រូវយកទៅតម្កល់នៅក្នុងចេតិយគន្ធបុប្ជានៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារព្រះកែវមរកតក្នុងព្រះបរមរាជវាំង។
សម្តេចឪនរោត្តម សីហនុក៏បានមានព្រះរាជឱង្ការបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា នៅពេលដែលសម្តេចម៉ែសោយទិវង្គតព្រះអង្គសូមអោយគេរៀបចំធ្វើដូចគ្នាដូចករណីរបស់ព្រះអង្គដែរ។
គួររម្លឹកថា សម្តេចឪនិងសម្តេចម៉ែ បានសម្រេចព្រះទ័យ ហើយបានប្រកាសជាឱឡារិកនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជពិធីរម្លឹកឆ្នាំទី២០នៃការយាងមាតុភូមិរបស់ព្រះអង្គមកកម្ពុជាថា ព្រះអង្គទាំងពីរនឹងឈប់យាងចាកចេញទៅទីក្រុងប៉េកាំងដើម្បីទទួលការព្យាបាលព្រះរោគហើយ។ គឺព្រះអង្គនឹងគង់ប្រថាប់ជាមួយកូនចៅព្រះអង្គរហូត៕

One should not underestimate King Father Norodom Sihanouk's ability to maneuver the government in power to do what he desires for his funeral services even at his current age as long as he continues to provide them with the support they need and don't speak out at all against any kind of injustice no matter how bad it is; certainly his wish will be honored by the current government!
After all, only Keat Chon who is known as Mr. "Flower blooming in all seasons" can beat King Father when it comes to getting something from the government of the day.
Despite the mistakes he made by calling his supporters to join the KR in the Maquis and defending their government at the UN in December of 1975 just a few months before he resigned from the position of the Head of State of Democratic Kampuchea, he managed to return to Cambodia, restored his monarchy, passed it on to his son and last but not least received a title of "The Great King in Cambodian language".
He also managed to get Hun Sen to grant him the immunity from the ECCC.
Mark you, a lot of money will be spent for his funeral!
If I were him, to show my responsibility, courage to face my mistakes in the past that helped lead to past Cambodian tragedy of such enormous proportion the history of the world has ever recorded and compassion, I would ask that all the money, flowers and other things not be spent or bought, but used to provide a good meal for all the people and children at all the dump sites and other poor beggers on the street in Cambodia.
A decently simple funeral would be good enough in a country where there are still a lot of poor people suffering due to the mistakes of their own leaders.
It is unfortunate that King Father has never learnt to understand the concept of humility, responsibility and prefers not to write in Khmer, the language of the country he has declared so many times he loves.
After all, French is a dying language on international stage anyway. I hardly use it nowadays, except to read news about Cambodia from AFP!

The main Youn Strategy is to hide his atrocity and his hypocrisy that they did behind the Khmer Rouge. Youn use s-21, movies about Khmer Rouge to tell the world that the genocide between the years 1975-1979 was committed by the Khmer Rouge; WHICH MEAN KHMERE KILLED KHMER. The familiar face for that propaganda is Séng Theary, Sothy Panh, Dr.Pong Chhiv Guek. How many time you have seen Séng Theary walk in S-21 with the import person around the world coming to visit Cambodia. Séng Theary at ECCC isn't for nothing. She was there is to sabotage the ECCC in order to protect the top Khmer leaders. Have you seen the show that Séng Theary played with her Dart Game.
Rithy Panh made a movie about the Khmer Rouge. Rithy Panh's mother is Madame Panh Sothy. She was my math teacher at Lycée d'application. She is Youn. Her closed friend is also a math teacher at Lycée Youkuntor was also a math teacher, she is also Youn. His brother today is a Hun Sen general two stars. When Kem Sokha and Mom Sonangdo were in prison, they tried to make a show to make you believe that they aren’t with Hun Sen. Have You seen the final result with Kem Sokha. The good thing about Pol Pot was his protection of Cambodian sovereignty both land and sea including Koh Trol and others.
the moral of the story here is that everything if not organized and flexible and well planned both strategically and wisely and cleverly can backfire. take the example of the stupid KR gov't, it got backfired for being too radical to the extreme. always take the middle path! if you love and care for cambodia, don't too rigid and suicidal by taking others with you, if you are suicidal, you have to go alone, do not try to take others with you or you are a murderer instead!

For Cambodian and as the victim of Pol Pot's regime between 1975-1979 we have the full rights to hate or not to hate Pol Pot.
But one thing as a Khmer victim and I can not turn white into black and turn the good thing which done by Pol Pot to protect Cambodian sovereignty both land and sea including Koh Trol and others.
Pol Pot had done and said clearly before he passed away that yuon Hanoi has had strong ambition to swallow Lao and Cambodia and yuon Hanoi's ambition toward Thailand and the whole Asean countries as the whole.
Koh Tral had been taken by the Vietnamese way back around king Angdoung's period.
On May 1, 1975, a squad of Khmer Rouge soldiers raided and took Koh Tral (Phu Quoc) Island, but Vietnam soon recaptured it.
The KR are not realistic people, they even tried several incursions into Vietnam during the early part of 1977.
After war, you should try to fool the Vietnamese by pretending to be their friends and build your country and not slaughter your own people.
The KR's ambition is unrealistic and impossible to achieve. They should have just protected the land in their hand and deal with border issues they had with Vietnam through the UN.
How they hoped to conquer Vietnam and get back the lost land is beyond me!
I guess they thought they were stronger than the Americans or the Chinese!
Don't dream of going to war with Vietnam, you would not stance a chance!
Just build Cambodia with what is left, develop it and protect it with international treaties.
