ភ្នំពេញៈ លោក ជា សុទ្ធ អ្នក​នយោបាយ​ជាន់ខ្ពស់​ចាស់ទុំ​និង​ដែលមាន​ឥទ្ធិពលម្នាក់ ក្នុងចំណោម​អ្នកនយោបាយ​វ័យចំណាស់ នៅក្នុង​សមាជិក​ការិយាល័យ​នយោបាយ​មជ្ឈិមបក្ស​របស់​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា បានទទួល​មរណភាព ដោយសារ​ជរាពាធ កាលពី​ល្ងាច​ថ្ងៃ​ទី​២១ ខែមករាមុននេះ នៅរាជធានី​ភ្នំពេញ គឺនៅ​បន្ទាប់ពី​បានទៅ​ទទួល​ការព្យាបាល​ជំងឺមួយរយៈ​នៅឯ​ប្រទេស​សិង្ហបុរី។

លោក ជាម យៀប មន្ត្រី​ជាន់ខ្ពស់​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាជន​កម្ពុជា​ជាសមាជិ​កគណៈអចិ ន្ត្រៃយ៍​រដ្ឋសភាបាន​ប្រាប់​ភ្នំពេញ ប៉ុស្តិ៍ ពី​ម្សិលមិញថា ​លោក ជា សុទ្ធ ជា​ឥស្សរ​ជន​នយោបាយ​ជាន់ខ្ពស់មួយរូប​របស់​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាជន​បានទទួល​មរណភាព ដោយសារ «ជំងឺ​ចាស់ជរា» ក្នុង​ជន្មាយុ ៨៦ ឆ្នាំ​។

លោក ជាម យៀប បានបន្តថា លោក ជា សុទ្ធ ត្រូវបាន​បញ្ជូន​តាម​យន្តហោះ​ពី​ប្រទេស​សិង្ហបុរី កាលពី​ថ្ងៃទី២០​ ខែ​មករា ឆ្នាំ​២០១​២ មកកាន់​ភ្នំពេញ​វិញ ហើយ​លោក​បាន​ទទួលម​រណភាព​នៅល្ងាច​ថ្ងៃសៅរ៍។


លោក​បានថ្លែងថា មន្ត្រី​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាជន​បានសម្តែង​ការសោកស្តាយ ចំពោះមរណភាព​នេះ ដោយ​បាន​ចាត់ទុក​មរណភាព​របស់​លោក ជា សុទ្ធ ថា ជា​ការបាត់បង់​«អ្នកនយោបាយ ដ៏សំខាន់​មួយរូប​សម្រាប់​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា» ក៏ដូចជា​សម្រាប់​ប្រទេស​កម្ពុជា​ផងដែរ ដោយ​ហេតុថា លោក​ជាឥស្សរជន​ដែលបាន​បម្រើ​ប្រទេសជាតិ អស់ពេល​យ៉ាង​យូរ​។

កើតនៅក្នុង​ខេត្ត ព្រៃវែង លោក ជា សុទ្ធ បាន​ទទួល​ការសិក្សា​ទ្រឹស្តី​នយោបាយ​ពីទីក្រុងហាណូយ ប្រទេសវៀតណាម។ លោកជា​មនុស្ស​ដ៏​សំខាន់​មួយរូប​នៅក្នុង​គណបក្ស​ប្រជាជន​កម្ពុជា ដោយមាន​តួនាទី​ជាអគ្គហេរញ្ញឹក​របស់​គណបក្ស និង​ជា​សមាជិក​មួយរូប​នៅក្នុង​គណៈអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ នៃ​គណៈ​កម្មាធិការ​កណ្ដាល​បក្ស ដែលមាន​សមាជិក​ចំនួន ៣៦ រូប។

លោក​ក៏បាន​កាន់តំណែង​ជា​ឧត្តមទីប្រឹក្សា​ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ​ផងដែរ បន្ថែម​លើ​មុខងារ​បច្ចុប្បន្ន ជា​សមាជិក​សភា​មណ្ឌល​ភ្នំពេញ របស់​លោក​។

លោក ជា សុទ្ធ ជា​សមាជិកទី​ពីរ​នៅក្នុង​គណៈ​អចិន្ត្រៃយ៍​នៃ​គណៈកម្មាធិការ​កណ្តាលមជ្ឈឹមបក្ស​ប្រជាជន​កម្ពុជា ដែលបាន​ទទួល​មរណភាព បន្ទាប់ពី​លោក ហុក ឡងឌី​ ដែលបាន​ទទួល​មរណភាព​ក្នុង​ឧបទ្ទវហេតុ​ធ្លាក់យន្តហោះ កាល​ពី​ថ្ងៃ​ទី៩ ​ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ​២០០៨។

ព្រឹទ្ធបុរស សមាជិក​សភា​លោក ជា សុទ្ធ ធ្លាប់មាន​តួនាទី​ជា​អនុប្រធាន​ក្រុមប្រឹក្សា​រដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ឧបនាយក​រដ្ឋមន្រ្តី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី​ក្រសួងផែនការ ក្នុង​សម័យ​រដ្ឋកម្ពុជា​។ នៅក្រោយ​ការបោះឆ្នោត​ឆ្នាំ​១៩៩៣ ​ដែល​រៀបចំ​ឡើង​ដោយ​អង្គការ​សហប្រជាជាតិ លោក​បាន​ជាប់ជា​តំណាង​រាស្រ្ត​មណ្ឌល​ព្រៃវែង និងតំណាងរាស្រ្ត​មណ្ឌល​ភ្នំពេញ រហូតដល់​លោក​បានទទួល​មរណភាព នៅ​ថ្ងៃទី​២១​ មករាមុន​នេះ។

លោក​ក៏ជាសមាជិក​វ័យចំណាស់​ជាងគេ​ដែលដឹកនាំ​សម័យ​ប្រជុំ​សភា​ដំបូង​អាណត្តិ​ឆ្នាំ២០០៨​ដែរ​។

Veteran ruling party politician Chea Soth, who had held senior positions in the government since shortly after the Khmer Rouge were toppled in 1979, passed away on Saturday at the age of 86, reportedly from natural causes.

One of the “Hanoi Veterans” – a group of Cambodian communists educated in Vietnam – Chea Soth began his post-war political career after the Khmer Rouge regime was toppled as the first People’s

Republic of Kampuchea ambassador to the country’s eastern neighbour.

He filled a range of positions under the Kampuchean People’s Revolutionary Party and Cambodian People’s Party governments including Deputy Prime Minister, Planning Minister and deputy director of the Council of Ministers.

Senior CPP lawmaker Cheam Yeap said yesterday that party officials were grieving the loss of Chea Soth, who passed away after returning from treatment in Singapore on Saturday.

“He was an important policymaker for the CPP and for the whole of Cambodia,”he said.

Born on March 3, 1928, in Prey Veng province, Chea Soth fled to Vietnam in 1954, where he worked for the state news organisation. In the late 1970s, he joined the Vietnamese-led resistance against the Khmer Rouge and later became a member of the new KPRP regime.

A central economic planner and overseer of Cambodian-Vietnam trade relations during the reign of the KPRP, Chea Soth tempered his communist principles in the late 1980s to support Prime Minister Hun Sen’s movement toward a capitalist economy.
