The real reason behind Duch life jail sentence not because of seeking justice for Khmer Victims but seking justice for former Khmer Viet Minh who jailed and killed in S 21 between 1975-1978 as follow:
1. Keo Meas.
2. Rhos Nhim.
3. Ni Sarann.
4. Norn Sourn.
5. And many more..... .
Note: Rhos Nhim was in law with So Phim tilled Rhos Nhim was arrested in 1977 and So Phim shot himself in 1998.

célèbres qui portent ce nom par example(Duch Sidem, Sok Duch, Duch Kimhak etc.)et diffuser par les médias nationals et internationals
y compris la Radio France Internale
(RFI&RFA)que le journaliste (Kouch
kunteara...)qui a bien gagné leur
salaire de cette propagande.

Of course the companions of the January 7, 1979 was as

2.Number One of the hight responsable was not summoned to the Khmer Rouge Tribunal.
3. It changes the real name (Kaing Kek Ev)
by calling (Duch)that the organization of the Khmer Rouge(អង្គការលើ)
invented a long time ago to deceive the public and
insult the people who are called first or last name (Duch)
for example, the painter (Duch Sideum), the master of music
(Sok Duch) of the Takeov province, the grandparents of Miss Seng Theary
(Duch Som) ect ... broadcast by the global media including Radio France Internationale (RFI & FRA) and often speaking by journalists (Jean François Tan, Kouch kuntheara,Pen Bunna ...).
