Last week, a group of viet fisher men found an old anchor in the bottom of Mekong's.
When it was brought up shore, the cops wanted to take them away but Viet fisher men did not let them.
If it was found by Khmer fisher men, those pig cops would take it even it was not allowed.
Last year, authority in Svay Rieng wanted to fell a mango tree, which a Viet claimed it belonged to him, to widen the street.
When the Viet protested, no body dared to cut it down. But it belongs to Cambodian people, they would cut it down without asking.

CPP became CVPP long ago since before,during and after Genveva Conference and youn Viet Minh created CPP under the name of Khmer People's Revolutionary Party or KPRP or known as Khmer Viet Minh in 1951 led by Son Ngoc Minh or Achar Mean, and those Khmer Viet Minh became Khmer Rouge between 1975-1978 as follow:
1. Heng Samrin.
2. Chea Sim.
3. So Phim.
4. Rhos Nhim.
5. Keo Meas.
5. Norn Sourn.
6. Ny Sarann and many more.

The Khmer fishermen found CVPP anchor in the water.
CVPP means Cambodian-Vietnam People Party.
That is very worried and concerned for Khmer people. Also, that mean Viet/Yuon will use military forces and fire the grenades into the crowd of Khmer people to injure and spread the fears among Khmer and foreign people or tourists in Cambodia. It happened in 1993 and 1997, many innocent Khmer people who loved the democracy and freedom have been killed and injured.
CVPP symbol should report to the UN, the U.S., Canada, European countries, International Communities. It will be shocking to the world that Hanoi/Viet Hanoi will be warned by the UN, European countries, the U.S., Canada, Australia, and so on. Vietnam will be punished because of the secret agenda and plan to swallow Cambodia and killing many Khmer people. The world will be better off to punish Vietnamese leaders for following Ho Chi Minh.
Hun Sen including Hen Samrin, Chea Sim did or did not know this symbol CVPP behind their backs.
