sad to see people got hurt in the accident. the bus company is responsible for compensation to the victims even if the bus's tires blew out, etc! the bus company is responsible to make are before they take off that the bus is in good condition, etc.
i think all passenger buses should have double wheels at both front and back in case one blew out, there's one left to prevent collapsing like this.

How do you make the turn with the double wheels at the front.
I think if the company is not too greedy, they should buy good quality tires and replace them very often to prevent the accident from happening again.
maybe it's a wake up call for cambodia to train and educate and revamp the traffic system in the country because recent statistics shows annual death from traffic accident in the country is 2000 plus; that high and unnecessary cause of death. all life is precious. it's wake up call to do something different about it, really!
