President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono will not attend the ASEAN Summit in Cambodia and has assigned Vice President Boediono to represent him at the meeting because the
Dumb, blind and uneducated Vietnamese dog Hun Sen was a ASEAN Associate leader. It is very stupid and ugliest to have criminal Vietnamese dog (like Ghadafi, Muburack, etc) as a such nonsense. Cambodia would be better off without Stupid Hun Sen (Vietnamese slave) who is currently heavily criminal suspect.
Criminal Vietnamese dog Hun Sen is still retarded and wants to look good by himself that no one of ASEAN admired because of his serious crimes against his Cambodian people.
