haha funny picture. Can Sar Kheng live up to his words? Or is he under pressure by Ah kwak. Hahaha
in this day and age, there are so many eyewitnesses to an scene of violence, etc, why not install outdoor camera all over the important public area like markets, major blvds, public buildings, etc, etc and people should video tape all the time at major events, festivals, etc so if any goes wrong or some kind of unruly and violence occurred, the camera and video can record it for use later in court to sue, to apprehend the culprit, etc, etc, you know. take advantage of technology for crime scenes, etc... this way, the culprits or the bad guys or the violators will be apprehended sooner or later. don't tell me out of the thousand so people at a gathering, no one video tape the events? not smart and not clever if people don't take advantage of the technology nowadays, you know.
