1. Request the UN to help with voters registration, and to filter out illegal votes by foreign illegal votes and illegal registration, use UN identity card to vote
2. Do take part in the coming elections of 2012/2013, not taking part does not help
3. Make the UN monitors the election to make sure it is free and fair, if not free or fair, don't recognize it.

5. UN intervention and UN government till there is a solution
6. Repatriation / deportation of all illegal foreign migrants from Cambodia under UN supervision
