The 12-day joint U. S., Cambodian military exercise Angkor Sentinel 2012 ended successfully on Friday.
The closing ceremony was held at the Training School for Multi-national Peacekeeping Forces in Kampong Speu province, about 48 kilometers west of Phnom Penh, under the presidency of the four- star general Chay Sang Yun, a secretary of state for the Cambodian Defense Ministry, and Jeff Daigle, Charge d'Affairs of the U.S. Embassy to Cambodia.
"The drill was a very good opportunity for Cambodian and U.S. military personnel to create closer friendship relations and to build better military ties between the two countries," said Chay Sang Yun, adding that about 450 Cambodian armed forces joined the drill.
He said that the exercise was also good to exchange experience between the two armies.
Daigle said the U.S. would still continue helping Cambodia in military sector through providing military materials such as clothes and vehicles, but not weapons.
According to a press release from the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, the drill began from March 13 to 22 in Kampot and Kampong Speu provinces to cement the two countries' military ties.
It said approximately 100 members of U.S. Army Pacific joined Cambodian armed forces in focusing on peacekeeping and humanitarian assistance operations, including a battalion exercise, a counter improvised explosives devices field exercise, medical civic actions projects to treat underserved rural inhabitants, and battlefield medical activities.
Angkor Sentinel is an annual, bilateral exercise sponsored by U. S. Army Pacific and hosted by the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, it said. This exercise marks the third anniversary of this significant and highly productive regional military exercise.

What a blind side of the U.S. that there are many hidden Yuon faces (military forces) in Cambodian People Party (CPP) the fool the Americans and Cambodian people? It must be the Yuon/Vietnamese tricks and dirty games to destroy Cambodian/Khmer reputation around the world? Yes, Vietnamese leaders and followers in Hanoi are very very very bad and evil people in the world? The world should know that Vietnam country and nation is a very bad country.
The U.S. should check to make sure that those military polices and forces are not Vietnamese/Yuon hidden faces and make sure that the Vietnamese/Yuon faces hiding among the Khmer Military Uniforms to destroy the reputations of the U.S. Military Defense Department to embarrass the U.S. in the world.
Why the U.S. supported the hypocrite Vietnam and Vietnamese leaders who are thieves and dirty game players with the U.S. in order to fight against China and took advantage of the U.S. superpower for the Vietnamese personal gains.
Very disappointed that Vietnam nation and their illegal Cambodian counterpart PM Hun Sen (Vietnamese dog), other Vietnamese/CPP dogs and clans who have done terrible things and beyond around the world. The world will not tolerate this evil CPP and their Vietnamese bosses.
The U.S. wasted so much money flowing into Cambodia where the Vietnamese/CPP high ranking members and Hun Sen (Vietnamese dog) have been hiding and stealing the aids, assistance and grants or donations from the U.S. and International Donors. Those aids and money have rarely reached to the poor Khmer/Cambodian people for more than 3 decades, but only reach to the illegal Vietnamese settlers in every where across Cambodia.
The U.S. officials need to open the big eyes over the crooks from Vietnam who have been hiding in CPP administrations led by the illegal Vietnamese installed PM Hun Sen (Vietnamese dog).
Those CPP clans, Vietnamese dog Hun Sen and Vietnamese master-minded leaders and followers in Hanoi will pay the heavy prices for what they have done to destroy the U.S. reputations and embarrassed the U.S. and the United Nations as well as International Donors who lost too much money and huge aids for Cambodian people for more than 3 decades.
Now, the U.S., UN and International Amnesty or Donors have made those CPP clans, Vietnamese dog Hun Sen and Hanoi leaders supper richest on the planets. Yes, they stole a lot of money and aids from voiceless and hopeless Cambodian/Khmer people. Those crooks should pay all the money and aids that have been stolen by them back to the U.S., UN, and International donors.

As a Chinese born in Srok khmer ,I agree with Khmer Yeurng.my father was a Chinese teacher in Xisanouk regime, i've learn a lot from him about vietnamese dirty tricks.
