Hope Meach Sovannara does not collect money to support friends and families of FUNXINPEX and CPP in Cambodia.
Hope he criticize CPP government from his heart, not only from his mouth.
Please watch out before contributing the money. Many opportunists have done this many times in the past. I believe that we all have lots of lessons involving cambodian politics.
I have heard that the Long Beach people say Khmer Post newspaper supported CPP when it started the business, then it changed their strategies to against CPP.

I will NEVER support any of this CALL. Even it is for real. Supporting the Khmer Buddhism I will no longer support.
Today, Khmer Buddhists today are evils.
Buddhism MUST be Reformed. Too many Buddhist Temples, too many Monks grow like mushroom over the number of the poor people.

Khmer Bhuddhist Temples are now controlled by a few crooks.
For a small community that has only one monk is OK, but more than one monk then there are problems.
Buddhist temple in San Jose about 4 million of dollars was disappeared by one group, and the another group started to fight. Almost everywhere. I just heard the Buddhist Temple at Mananas, Virginia, found by a real good old Khmer krom Monk who passed away and a few people claimed to be Khmer Krom took over. But there is another group of Khmers who feel that they contributed to temple should know the activities of the temple and how the controllers use the donations to operate the temple. This group is heard to want to share controlling over the temple too. But the group who claimed to be Khmer Krom claimed that the temple is strictly for only Khmer krom people. The question is many of the donors are Khmers and why are the controller discriminated against Khmers unless the controllers of the temple are Yuon. So the fight started.
Worse over worse, among the controllers is Sharon Doung(former Sharon Young), Michael Doung's sister, the woman whose reputation is fallen far beyond evil. Her evil reputation is heard from not only Khmers but from the White and Black American who used to work with her as well. She went to recruit monks from France and she has the power to kick the monks out.
She plays both sides: one side she is Khmer and one side she is Yuon.
Buddhist Temples this day is a very scary story.

The Yuon's slave strategy is to discredit any Khmer nationalist.
Creating suspicion amongst Khmers has been Yuon's tools to brea\k Khmer apart. Even during the Khmer Rouge era, Yuon made Khmers suspicious of each other, and the killings aggravated automatically.
Like right now this 10:09 PM brought up something baseless.
The listeners are humans. So, if the KPR did somrthing against Khmer interest, they will know. They have brain like you (10:09PM) too.

I didn't see anything wrong in 10:09 PM's posting. This person was only remind us to be careful that's all. Perhaps, there are people who did exactly like 10:09PM said. I too would support this kind of raising fund.

He is a core supporter of Nhek Bunchhay.
I agree, many Buddhist monks and priest are using religion for personal gain.
10:34 AM-- We all are kolboth khmers, but many khmers are crooks and traiters. Hope Meach Sovannara is not included in that category. Because he is so very close to FUNXINPEC and CPP, I am not sure if his brain is blind as many of his high ranking friends in the current Cambodian government. Just be careful when supporting someone who has a big mouth and able to non-stop talking.

Don't compare the Buddhist low class with the high class Priests. To becoming a Priest one has to have at least a bachelor degree.
