Convicted Khmer Rouge torture chief Duch told the UN-backed Khmer Rouge tribunal on Tuesday he would not push for more arrests of former Khmer Rouge leaders (sic!).
Duch has been under cross-examination by defense attorneys for three former leaders already in jail, Nuon Chea, Khieu Samphan and Ieng Sary. All three men are facing atrocity crimes charges for their leadership roles in the Khmer Rouge.
International prosecutors have put forward two more cases to the court that would require five more indictments, but under questioning Tuesday, Duch said he would not “push” such arrests.
The question of further indictments has vexed the court, with strong opposition from Cambodian leaders and the resignations of judges and senior advisers over two more cases. Defense attorneys have said that the woes over the two cases highlight corruption in the tribunal’s judicial process.
Duch said on Monday he had no evidence that would link the regime’s foreign minister, Ieng Sary, to decisions related to arrests conducted by his subordinates.
“Ieng Sary must have been informed,” Duch told the court. “If Ieng Sary was not at a steering committee meeting, he would have been informed by Pol Pot about his decisions.”

I used to support Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch, but now I don't support this evil Kaing Guek Eav because he destroyed the Cambodia that allowed the Vietnamese killers of Killing Fields get away with the murders. This evil monster Kaing Guek Eav expected to be free under CPP Hun Sen and Hanoi masters and dangerous Yuon CPP Judge Nil Nonn.
Where is the justice for the victims of Killing Fields?
Now, this ECCC KRT makes me sick. Khmer survivors of Killing Fields in Cambodia are still gullible and blinds, that Vietnamese masters in Hanoi and evil master-minded Ho Chi Minh created the Killing Fields to eliminated Khmer people instead of Pol Pot (who was under the secret trap of hidden Vietnamese/Yuon faces among Khmer Rouges).

The UN must overcome any obstacles posed by Vietnam and the puppet government of Hun Sen if the UN wants to gain respect from the people around the world about its integrity and competency.
The UN must keep the KRT going. Finding justice for Khmer people is UN’s noble mission. The UN will eventually understand Vietnam's tricks deployed in Cambodia. In effect, Vietnam has kidnapped thousands of Khmer children in the 50’s and brainwashed them. Vietnam called Khmer Vietminh. Vietnam created these Khmer Vietminh to make Khmers fight with Khmers, to make Khmer kill each other so that Vietnam could exploit it. That was one of the main reasons why about 3 million Khmer people perished during the Pol Pot’s era. And hundreds of thousands more Khmer people, mostly men, vanished in the 80’s while Vietnam imposed the K5 project in Cambodia after its invasion in January 7th 1979.
Presently, Vietnam’s strategy is to put dumb Khmer leaders such as Hun Sen to control Khmer people and Vietnam manipulates him behind the scene in order to reach its goal of colonizing Cambodia.
The concern that the UN would uncover the murderers who committed the mass killing during the Pol Pot's era has prompted Vietnam to push its puppet Hun Sen to react strangely to the cases 003, 004's initiatives.
If Vietnam is the real Cambodians' savior, why Vietnam is so apprehensive about the KRT, especially concerning case 003 and case 004?

Are you pretending to be a fake Khmer victim of Killing Fields on here by inserting your comments confuse some or majority of the gullible Khmer survivors of Killing Fields who currently have no ideas of what are behind the Killing Fields. It is all about the Vietnamese master-minded plans and ill-intentions to swallow Cambodia and exterminate Khmer people including you and your family (if you are Khmer or Cambodian).
