I am talking only about the KR tribunal.
Though it's not perfect I am happy the KR tribunal take place in Cambodia.
If it take place in the Hague, Cambodian people, victims and witness would not have the opportunity to attend it.
The KR tribunal is also a "school" for Cambodian students and for the Cambodian judges to learn from...
The criminals should be tried in Cambodia because Cambodia is the place the KR committed their crimes.

No, it is not a good place for KRT because of the interference of Hun Sen (Vietnamese dog) and Vietnamese masters in Hanoi.
