sad as it may, perhaps his death serves as a reminder or a catalyst for the gov't to reform or look into enforcement of the environmental law, etc. business people alike seemed to thrive on chaos in the name of excuses whatever it may be. like freedom in the humanity of our world, it's never free, i.e., something's got to give. so, i think it is the duty of all environmentalists to honor mr. chut vutty for his bravery, his tireless work and commitment in order to bring the world's attention to another chapter of cambodia's history, this is to save the environment or at least educate the country to regulate and enforce the environmental law, really. his death is like the death of anyone who tries to do good or do the right thing for the benefit of everyone of us, i think. after all, we only have one earth, and we all should help to do our part to conserve and protect and preserve our fragile environment whether it's in cambodia or anywhere else on earth. it's a wake up for all of us, really

Why did you use the word "indigenous" to Mr. Chut Wuthy? Is his wife also an Indigenous? Are you an indigenous? Are you sure he is Khmer of Indian decent?
Are you implying any Khmer who has dark brown skin must be considered as an Indigenous whereas other Khmers are not?
I think this word "Indigenous" should not be used for our Khmer people who love Cambodia and our Khmers and try to protect our Khmers and our Cambodia from Yuon expansionists.

Look I know that not every cambodian soilders in Cambodia support Hun Sen and his regime. If we can prevent those soilders from fighting for hun sen we can make a big different in dethroning him. Hun sen and his regime ain't nothing but cow shit without the army protecting.

I think you are right about that because this Yuon's slave government only follows its master's commands.
The puppet government will do anything to shift the people's attention from the big problems.
For instance, in the past, they made the conflict in the Thai border looked important while the frontier in the east was wide opened for the Vietnamese people to come in at will.
