(Memphis) Inside Handiwork Jewelry, police talked to store workers about the heist at the store Friday evening.

Three armed robbers made their way inside, tied up two women and made off with a lot of jewelry.

“You never know what happens in these situations. Pray it doesn’t happen to you. I hate it happened to our neighbors,” says Victor Ghosheh, who owns a business next door to the jewelry store.

One of those tied up was the store owner, who co-owns the business with her husband.

She says police advised them not to talk about the hold up.

But Friday was not the first time her family has been the targeted.

June 2008, it was at their exclusive Germantown home where they were hit.

Around 2:00 in the morning, invaders in ski masks and gloves, shouting they were with the FBI broke into the home, handcuffed one person and demanded money.

It threw neighbors for a loop.

“Just shocked. It just lets you know it can happen anytime. That you should always be on alert,” one neighbor told us back in 2008.

Back then, Germantown police chased the suspect’s van as it left the neighborhood.

They caught five suspects in Memphis shortly after the robbery.

Employees at Handiwork can’t believe the owners, who are natives of Cambodia, now have to re-live the nightmare again in their store.

“It’s women that work there. I think they were a little vulnerable. They should have a security guard in front like some other jewelry stores,” says Ghosheh.

No one was seriously hurt Friday.

The store does have a security buzzer that employees activate to let customers inside.

No word if this latest robbery could be connected to the home invasion in 2008.
