this guy Kep Chuktema is really a sorry of a human being. he really has no brain, vision, education, class, or heart. he just go with the flow, do as told. he sees, hears, smells, feels nothing is wrong even as the bodies piling up on the bridge of diamond island.

Kep Chuktema is probably less greedy than his predecessor, Chea Sophara.
Chea Sophara used his power as Phnom Penh's governor, fenced off a lot of lands around Phnom Penh and other provinces.

Cambodia still smell, no sewage system, no clean water, no sanitary system, everything is corrupted. AH CHKAE
Phnom Penh under current government leader this city will never ever recover, the city lack of town planting from rubbish collection to smaller and narrower street, housing builded what ever they want, the manufacturing operate under the resident, sewage system is worst in the world, the market is very dirty, there are no public toilets, there are no spaces for public gathering, no picnic areas, people sell thing on street, if you spend your time in Phnom Penh market just for 5 minutes you will get heart attack, every where is an eyes sore, there are advertisement board, sign are seeing as chaotic and disorder, people piss on wall on gate on everywhere.

In order to attract tourist, Phnom Penh should build more Khmer architecture type at Chroy ChangVa peninsula, Khmer architecture like royal palace and must be builded hundreds of them.
The other place should be builded is at Ou Dong mountain, this place should be builded classic Khmer house and palace and temple type.
High rise building should be in one place, must not skate across the city.
Kep Chuktema should study and learn about city and town of the world and use those ideas to build Phnom Penh city.
Phnom Penh smell like shit and vomit. No one really care about Cambodia. especial near the king palace. It is so embarrass to foreigner when they visit. like like a dumpster area
in cambodia, the country needs to wake up and start building big roads, etc. yes, i agree, streets and roadways are narrow and dirty. cambodia needs to travel the world and see how other countries have nicer, bigger roads, etc, really! i hate poor and dirty, you know! people should be educated about sanitation, beautification, cleanliness, well-planned city scapes, civil society, etc. enough of being in the dark for too long already, cambodia, wake up and see and travel the world, ok! there's no excuse for not following international standard like other countries out there, really!

Look at the roads & streets in the city,towns where are muddy,dirty everywhere.
Why ?
They were the ex Khmer Rouges who walked and traveled around the jungle in Cambodia .They still see their roads are much better than the jungle trail ,of course they enjoy so much with their 4WD Lexus
and the big Villas through the muddy roads.
