And by definition, "Bandit" means "a robber or an outlaw or a member of gang".
Check English dictionary if you don't believe me. He named himself "Bandit" means he is an outlaw or lawless, anti-social, a member of gang, and yes he is. CPP stands for "Cambodian Psychopath Party". It represents the members of the gangs as they tend to commit violent acts and they are never feeling of guilt.
You cannot demand that this "Bandit" be brought to your justice, when you have erred about gang party's justice.
Cambodia ruled by the Gang Party, and their members are criminals: Hun Sen and his friends and the rest of them are.
Hun Shit or Hun Sen must show the world that Cambodia is a l'Etat de droit by apprehending this perpetrator Bandit Chhouk and punish him according to the rule of law.

“Bandith” sounds like Doctor in Khmer, “bye” sounds like “cooked rice” and “see” like “to eat”.

Yes it is funny that you forget that your language (Khmer) written in a different system not the same as Roman (Latin) characters.
Only Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia among ASEAN nations that use the same Roman in character, and they may be able to challenge (only may be).
When Khmers like yourself want to romanize or write your language such "bandit" in Roman character, any body can write it as "bandid" or "ban dirt)" or "bandith"... etc., as long as it sounds like Khmer speaking.

You went off the main topic and tempted to a personal attack.
We talk about "Romanizing" or write Roman (Lain) in character but it still sounds Cambodian, and why did you attack me about my name and who I am and I don't want to be Khmer, etc?
My name has nothing to do with rendering in the English alphabet, especially Khmer language written completely different system from Latin (Roman).
This subject is about "Romanizing" and it is not the subject of my name or who I am.

You still didn't understand that when you Romanize or write Latin (Roman) character, you can spell anything as long as it sounds like Cambodian word, your language (or Hun Sen's language).

Do not confuse between the word "meaning" and "sounds"
