L'ENFER CPP À PHNOM PENH.
There're not enough employee to work as trash puller and pick up. We short of staff, we already knew that there's lot of trahs shit every where in Phnom penh, we do the best as we can.
They tell people to put trash in the trash cans but what do they do? This equivalent to the trash company is trashing to the city they supposed to clean.

even trash collection make good money, it's just a job for people to make some decent income, you know. someone got to do it to keep the country, the city, etc clean, really!
