1921 was French colony in Cambodia.
1940s1953 was late Ho Chi Minh attemped to remove French colony from Indochina and replace by Indochina Federation by creating Khmer Viet Minh known as the Khmer People's Revolutionary Party or KPRP the old name of CPP led by Son Ngoc Minh or also known as Achar Mean.
