Subj: Serial killing by authorities
Net Savoeun and Sar Kheng are trying to outdone Sihanouk in killing their own people and forced evictions. "As the Samlot Bloodshed is to the Sangkum Reastre Niyum, Chlong Bloodbath is to Hun Sen regime". It means that Sihanouk ordered the Sangkum police forces to kill and arrest people in Bttambang's Samlot District in the 60s and now Hun Shit's henchmen killled and arrested people in Kratie's Chlong district with similar accussation. It is time for all Khmer race to wake up and take revenge????
Hun Sen's henchmen have no other words except UNINTENTIONAL, RECHOCHET, SELF DEFENSE. When they use these words,it means that: UNINTENTIONAL=PREMEDITATED, RECHOCHETED=AIMED THE GUN AT, SELF DEFENSE= ATTACKS BY USING EXCESSIVE FORCE AT WILL.
This killing is, of course, a premeditated assasination with excessive force which is punishable by law. Sar Kheng, Neth savoeun and the hitmen are subjected to prosecution by national courts for crime and prosecution by International Court of Justice for Crime against humanity (killing a group of people or race is defined as crime against humanity or genocide). Please historians, keep good records of these astrocities for International Court in the future.
The serial killing committed my the authories is the jink for the Hun Regime. If the regime were to be placed on the S-curve, it must be at the top end of the S that is about to decline.
After Samlot Massacre in 1967 by the Sihanouk's Sangkum, people in Samlot and their relative nationwide vowed to take revenge to their graves and of cause they did. Sihanouk has faced the consequence ever since and now he is suffering more than death. He's not allowed to write in the name of Ruom Rith, not allowed to speak...so, death is better than alive for him.
If compare to the Samlot Massacre, the serial killing would be the signal of the end of the Hun Regime. People in Chlong, Borei Keila, Beng Kok would seek revenge to their graves. Only time would tell when they find a strong link and combine forces. Hun Sen would be able to run to the end of the world, but he could not escape from the power of the GRUDGES of the embeded in the hearts and souls of the Khmer people who have been suffering from BLOOD BATH.
CPP is not immuned from division. For example, Heng Pov was used to kill and frame innocent people and later was purged, likewise Hok Long Yuon, Sin Sen, Mok Dara, Ke Kimyan. Find the right leverage, and the division would come as surprise. "Nothing is immortal,only the immortal is mortal!" as one said.
Xihaknooney is a Ting Mourng King and has no brain. He is a dancer. he is not deserved to be King of Cambodia. He needs to go back to do MONKEY dancing, which is his expertise. He is always listening and doing what Hoon Xen orders him to do. His father, Xihaknouk, and his mom, MOONIK, were and are crook. Both let Viet Cong takes over Cambodia.
If General Oum Savuth is still alive, he will tell young generation the whole story what and how his parent did to our country.

I am not really against the Royals, but lately, I've been very angry at the silent treatment from the Royal family, especially King Sihamoni.
If you don't speak out against the injust against our people you don't deserve a title of a "King"

Your comparison between these two commoners and Sihanouk is not applicable. The King and all Kings have mercy toward his poor people, and they won't evict their people to suffering.
Sihanouk's past politic was aiming to save his country but he made a wrong move by trusting evil Communist thought that the Communists would help his country from SVN and Thailand invasion.
Sihanouk first asked the US to stop SVN and Thailand from invading his country, but the US ignored his pledge, that's why Sihanouk was tempted by the evil Communists.
Sihanouk ordered to kill the crazy Khmers who already brainwashed by Communist and some brainwashed by the CIA that used Cambodia as just a pawn of their war only, and as a head of state he should. Cambodia was not important all back then because she's too small, with a small population and had no army.
YOU SHOULD Educate yourself and READ the Vietnamese Revolution to take Indochina from French since in 1880, don't just make your own decision without references support your claim because of hate. Vietnamese fooled all Khmers, and Laotians that they have to fight the French to save their homeland, and their base of revolution was in Thailand. The Vietnamese're revolution was to expand the land and to take over Indochina from French.
If you were Sihanouk or any leader that face the problems like that you too will kill the trouble makers who dragged the country down to Communist. The Communist were everywhere, Sihanouk had no alternative but to join with them.
Ps: After I read many documents I saw so many confusions among Khmers created by the Vietnamese, and one interesting history was Son Ngoc Than did not deny that Son Ngoc Minh was his brother either in front of CIA, and the fact Son NGoc Minh was a Vietnamese spy. There're so many Khmers were educated by Vietnamese, Pen Sovann is one of them.

You wrote cursing out of anger, but the fact this King asked to be released from the throne many times. He has a full brain and he has tried to deal with the evils CPP/Yuon who have full control of his Kingdom.
He is a CPP/Yuon's prisoner and he lives day by day to try to soft/smooth those evils ' hearts so to be able to feed some of his poor people if he is allowed.
He is just a puppet or prisoner of the CPP/Yuon, what else do you wish him to do more than he is able to do. He cannot even save his very best friend's husband (Sam Rainsy).
If you do not understand what is puppet/prisoner then please read the history of Jayajettha II's 1st & 2nd sons who became kings and how their puppet lives were.
The oldest son was shot to death, and the 2nd son was poisoned by their uncle (Uday) who affiliated with the Vietnamese to destroy the Kingdom because of power.

When I was young, I admired so much about King Sihanouk. I thought Khmer King is just like Queen Elyzabeth in the UK. After the completing my studies at the university abroad, I consider that Khmer King do not serves for own people so much. At the present the Khmer king ist just only the puppet of CPP (Commmnist). Whereas the poor Khmers who lost their risefild, houses, land and even life. So far, King Sihamony has never given the speech to the public!
In fact, the definition of the king is the father of the nation, but when his children (Khmers people) have a great concern about their own existence of living what bring the King to them? Which side is Sihamony now, Viet + CPP or all Khmer people?

As requested by 12:53 AM, please give us website/book title so people can read and find out the truth. I am not an educated person when talking Cambodian history. I just want read and learn what went wrong in the past. Hope one day in the near future our country will be liberated from CPP and their boss.

I am still believing that Sihanouk was/is power hunger because he was cooperating with Communist in the '70. The reason he was thrown out from power because he let Viet Cong used our land as their sanctuary to fight SVN. We were Independent Country. Why he did that? I'd been told that he and his family sold food and transported arms and ammunition to Viet Cong.
Unless you prove me otherwise I still believe that Sihanouk was not a good Leader.
Every thing stated above was just an opinion. I am trying to create conflict between Khmer. We must stay together and fight to save our land.

You said that you and your son are immprisoned by Hun Sen/Yuon, why dont you cry for help?
Are you so comfort living in the palace with free meals and allowances and afraid of losing all of these if you speak up?
You should dare to speak up again through Lok ta Ruom Rith or openly express your ideas about the sufferings of Cambodian people, and see what Hun Sen/Yuon are going to do to you? or Are you afraid of death?
If you dont come out of your comfort zone and do something at the last part of your life, you would leave behind a very bad legacy of being coward mecurial king done nothing good for the nation.
If you dare to talk the truth, the international community would pay more attention and Hun Sen would slow down the killings.
You should stop putting pressure on your son to be just puppet King. Be yourself, recall your brave heart and do something to help stop the sufferings. By this, your legacy would be a good one for your family to live on. All your sins committed in the past would be forgiven and forgotten.
Now, get out of your comfort zone and fear no more death.

I agree. If Xihanouk is a brave king, he must tell the truth what went wrong in the past and what is going now. He must stand up and fight CPP/Yourn for the sake of Khmer people and the whole nation. He is coward king.
