To All Khmers and Friends of Khmers,
We all heard about the unfair election in Cambodia. In the afternoon of the election day in Cambodia, I talked to my relatives in Cambodia. In one of the households of my relatives, there were 5 persons to vote, only 1 person could vote because the other 4 could not find their name. In one of the provinces far from Phnom Penh, I asked my relatives if they knew about what was going on in Cambodia such as illegal migration of the Vietnameses, about land evictions, human right abuse ect...They said they did not know that. They told me that they voted for CPP party since the government had built many new roads, new bridges in their cities. These people did not have radio nor computer to listen to the news from radios in USA, Canada, France , Australie ect..which dare to broadcast truefully of the events in Cambodia. Two importing things that all Khmers in Cambodia must have right now are the short wave radios or the computer and the khmer radio broadcasting from outside.
I pledge to all Khmers and their Friends, families to donate the money to buy radios (costs only $6-$7/each) to distribute to all the areas that need radios so they get the real news from abroad and they will be aware of the big problem that all Khmers are facing right now.
Khmer Post Radio has broadcasted by satellite 4 days a week to Cambodia.
Please support Khmer radios so they are able to continue their broadcasting and to pay for the satellite broadcasting which cost $200/hour. Any contribution will be greatly helpful to bring the truth to our Compatriots. You may donate directly to the radio website or to people you know to buy the radios for Khmers in Cambodia.

could be switched to FM , listening VOA , RFA , RFI . Villagers can come
together sharing the news from abroad , if someone has a good set of radio , with
NO interference from authority . 49% of the registered voters did not go to the
poll , their names were in the voting lists but they did not show up perhaps they
did not interest in voting for other reason - not because they don't have radio .

When you come to live in USA or west European countries, you maybe get no job at all with your qualification in Cambodia (if you have it).
