Yes, CPP become independent , with 50+1 . 50+1 has nothing to gain for Khmer
People . Yes it was a good bargain to get Mr Sam off the hook . It helped Mr Sam
to get his job back in congress and helps CPP to pass many laws... So make sure to distinguish : Sam RAINSI is not Cambodia and Cambodia is not Sam RAINSI ...
He cannot make all kinds of decision for Khmer and say that he want Khmer to be
